Considered by the connoisseurs as the United Nations of Fine Wines, the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB), a global wine competition born in Brussels, has chosen to host its 25th edition in the Haidian district of Beijing. This will be the first time this touring wine contest will be held outside of Europe in its 23 year existence.
布鲁塞尔国际葡萄酒大赛（CMB），被鉴赏家看作是美酒的联合国，是诞生在布鲁塞尔的全球性的葡萄酒比赛，第25届大赛将在北京的海淀区举办，这是该巡回大赛23年来第一次在欧洲以外的地方举行。
Did you know that CMB medals are highly valued across the globe, as they give wine brands recognition and even access to certain markets? Well, during the last edition, China won twice as many medals as the previous year!And as China is the 2ndlargest wine-growing area in the world (according to the International Organization of Vine and Wine),the 2018 edition can be seen as a rendition to China’s great development as a major player in the wine sector.
